1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Redbook AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
Redbook AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create short-form and long-form videos from text prompts. The Service includes AI script generation, text-to-speech voiceover, automatic video composition, subtitle generation, and music selection. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately at hello@redbookstudio.ai of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory • Generate content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights • Produce content that sexualizes minors or constitutes CSAM • Create deepfakes, misinformation, or fraudulent content intended to deceive • Impersonate any person or entity • Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems • Use automated bots to create accounts or generate content at scale without prior written permission Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
6. Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the content you create using Redbook AI, including scripts, prompts, and final videos. By using the Service, you grant Redbook AI a limited, non-exclusive license to: • Process your inputs to generate videos • Display anonymized usage statistics for service improvement We do NOT claim ownership of your generated videos. We do NOT use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you create does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Subscription Plans & Payments
Redbook AI offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. • All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes (VAT/GST) • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice Minute Limits: Each plan includes a monthly or weekly AI video generation limit measured in minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next period.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time paid subscribers who are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at hello@redbookstudio.ai within 7 days of your first payment. Refunds are NOT available for: • Subsequent billing periods after the first month • Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms • Partial use of the subscription period We review all refund requests individually and reserve the right to decline refunds if abuse is detected.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@redbookstudio.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services including but not limited to: OpenAI (script generation, voiceover), Microsoft Edge TTS, Pexels (stock footage), and Supabase (authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of these third-party providers.
11. Intellectual Property
The Redbook AI platform, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by Redbook AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself without prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose • The Service will meet your specific requirements You use the Service at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDBOOK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting hello@redbookstudio.ai.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Redbook AI.
